ATLANTIS DESIGN GLASS ORNAMENTS
	We specialize in fused glass art. Our projects begin as glass sheets, rods, and pieces. The glass is then carefully melted and cooled in a kiln. The pieces may return to the kiln several times to add accents or shapes. After an introductory class in fused glass, Gary and Alina found their perfect artistic medium. Since that time, they have tried to communicate their artistry and imagination through fused glass.
When heated to the appropriate temperature, parts of sheet glass fuse together to create colorful and unique pieces of art. Once fused, glass can be fired again to take on various forms, including bowls and plates. Gary’s precision and realistic approach combined with Alina’s imaginative and color-inspired technique result in a wide array of creations. Much of their inspiration comes from nature. Trees, mountains, stars and the ocean are some of the key elements in their art. Their art has been featured in the Seahurst Art Gallery, the Burien Arts Gallery, and the Burien Spring Art Stoll and Fall Art Walk. They are members of the Seahurst Gallery, ArtsWest Artists Association and Artists United. Alina and Gary currently reside near Seattle.
